Violin bow by Nicolas-Léonard TOURTE, made circa 1795-1800, in pernambuco wood, pre-convention 2007, ivory frog. 46g5, no fittings or buttons, 73.5cm. Small chip to headstock, rear mortise extended later, ramrod slightly shortened later, rear ramrod split, original piece detached and missing, chip to frog ivory. Good condition. This instrument is more than 100 years old (EBFS-BQM-4776).
