Violin bow by Louis Joseph THOMASSIN, made circa 1895, signed "Thomassin à Paris", in pernambuco wood, pre-convention 2007, silver mounted. 55g3. Minor knocks on the top of the head, chip on the ebony frog, cracks on the button. Very good condition. Appears in the book "L'Archet", volume III, page 45, n°6. This instrument is more than 100 years old (EOUZ-CEB-1170)
This bow is accompanied on request by a certificate of authenticity from the Cabinet d'Archetiers Experts Jf Raffin Successeurs.
