Charles Nicolas BAZIN violin bow, made circa 1865-1870, signed "Bazin", in pernambuco wood, pre-convention 2007, mounted nickel silver. 61g9. Minor knocks on the top of the head, tool marks on the back of the stick, split knob. Very good condition. Presented in the book "Les archetiers de la famille Bazin" page 139, n°2. This instrument is more than 100 years old (EOUZ-BRQ-1879)
This bow is accompanied on request by a certificate of authenticity from the Cabinet d'Archetiers Experts Jf Raffin Successeurs.
