Charles Nicolas BAZIN violin bow, made around 1890, signed "Simon Fr", in pernambuco wood, pre-convention 2007, silver mounted. 60g. Small chip on the ebony frog, split button. Good condition. Presented in the book "Les archetiers de la famille Bazin", page 165, n°42 ; and in the book "L'archet" Tome II, page 484, n°14.This instrument is more than 100 years old (EOUZ-CLE-3037)
This bow is accompanied on request by a certificate of authenticity from the Cabinet d'Archetiers Experts Jf Raffin Successeurs.
