4. A Hispano-Moresque lustre pottery dish Spain, 16th Century of shallow form with a wide rim and raised central boss, moulded and decorated in a gold lustre on a cream ground with ground of floral motifs and radiating lappets to the rim, the centre with a concentric band of pseudo-gothic inscriptions surrounding a cross motif, the reverse with spiral banding 39 cm. diam. Provenance Galerie Kevorkian, Paris, 2010. E. Allain, Curiosités, 66 rue la Boëtie, Paris (label to underside). For a comparable dish, see Josep A.
