A silver 800‰ and rose gold 750‰ 'Leafy Arabesques' brooch, the stylised umbel stems and flowers set entirely with old-cut and rose-cut diamonds, accented with three probably fine white baroque pearls. Slightly deformed pin in 750‰ rose gold.
