French work from the second half of the 19th century A "Serpent" bracelet with multiple coils of 750‰ plaited gold wire with alternating mesh, the head of the reptile chased in 750‰ yellow gold and 950‰ platinum enhanced with a cushion-cut ruby mounted in a closed setting, rose-cut diamonds and imitation green stones for the eyes, the tail also highlighted with rose-cut diamonds. Adjustable wrist size (minimum 15cm). Mesh width: 5.5mm. Bracelet width: approx. 8cm. P. Gross weight: 39.5 g. (Some dents and small accidents to the mesh, chips and slight oxidation).
