Description
French work, 1950-1960 Necklace composed of three rows of fine pearls and falling white cultured pearls. Square ratchet clasp in 750‰ white gold adorned with four white cultured pearls in a twisted surround. Workshop diamond hallmark. Length: 36cm. P. Gross weight: 22.5g. (One strand damaged, one pearl to be refastened). Accompanied by a gemological analysis report from the LFG (Laboratoire français de gemmologie) dated 14 June 2024 (no. 410736) stating : Fine pearls and cultured pearls with nuclei. Total number of pearls: 326. Number of fine pearls: 252. Number of cultured pearls: 74. Shape : Rounded, button and drop. Dimensions of Rang a pearls : 2.7-5.8mm approx. Dimensions of Rang b pearls : 2.9-5.1mm approx. Dimensions of strand c pearls: approx. 2.9-5.0mm. Colour: White to light cream. Lustre: Good to excellent.
