Signed ‘HERMES PARIS’ and numbered ‘16.672’ at the tip.
Made in France, with the diamond-shaped hallmark of the Georges LENFANT Workshop.
Dimensions: 4.1 x 3.9 cm.
Gross weight: 18.6 g.
The Georges LENFANT workshop maintained particularly strong ties with the House of Hermès and its worlds. There are numerous animal-themed creations in particular, often taking the form of brooches: bumblebees, fawns, does, woodcocks, ducks, pheasants, squirrels and even feathers have been depicted in this way. The distinctive feature of our ‘Feathers’ brooch is that it is designed in the plural – three intertwined feathers rather than a single feather – making it a rarer design.
