Set of four Louis XV-style chairs
In carved and gilded wood, the violin-shaped backrest features a frame topped by a large carved crest depicting a shell and rocaille foliage scrolls; the sinuous waistband is decorated centrally with small flowers and foliage and rests on four curved legs ending in scrolls. Signs of wear to the gilding and upholstery.
