LARGE HAMADAN ORIENTAL RUG WITH GARDEN MOTIF
Made of wool on a cotton ground, the main field is entirely composed of a ‘classical Persian-style garden’ motif, divided into aligned panels. The whole is executed in a palette of earthy tones, including brick, cream, olive green and beige. The main border features motifs of flower heads and geometric scrollwork.
