Kork wool pile on a cotton backing.
An undulating ivory field features eight symbolic depictions of multicoloured cypress trees. These are set amidst a rich display of polychrome floral stems and branches, and are framed by seventeen cypress trees of the same style. An ivory border featuring a succession of star-shaped floral compositions, highlighted by small tricolour crenellations in positive and negative patterns. Cherry-coloured outer braid. A fine example of elegance.
