Wool pile on a cotton backing.
A long, octagonal field in midnight blue, embellished with a pistachio-coloured lozenge-shaped medallion and framed by four spandrels in the same shade, features a so-called ‘Herati’ design of small, multicoloured stylised flowers and leaves. The main pistachio-coloured border features garlands of polychrome corollas, flanked by six sky-blue and navy counter-borders with garlands of small flowers. A carpet of great presence.
