Wool pile on a cotton backing.
Against a navy blue field stand out ten interconnected, serrated diamond-shaped medallions, the old rose-coloured centres of which feature a dark, multicoloured cruciform floral composition. Their serrated outlines are in ivory, ruby, sapphire, anthracite and celadon. They are interspersed with pyramidal bouquets of flowers, set against an emerald background. An ivory border featuring polychrome plant motifs, outlined by two royal blue counter-borders with undulating bicoloured ribbons. Outer edging with ivory and brick-coloured sawtooth detailing. Anthracite braid. Beautifully arranged.
