Wool pile on a wool backing.
A brick-red field adorned with stylised plant motifs features a large hexagonal navy blue counter-field highlighted with small flowers, supporting two large cruciform corollas in brick red, sky blue, navy blue and ivory, adorned with plant motifs and interspersed with polychrome floral compositions. It is framed by a main ivory border featuring a succession of Median stars and multicoloured corollas, flanked by two brick-coloured secondary borders with garlands of small flowers. A beautiful colour palette.
