Wool pile on a jute backing.
A salmon-pink field with a scattering of small flowers, framed by multicoloured flower stems, features an oval medallion on an ivory background, outlined by a floral garland, enclosing a star-shaped corolla in old gold, anthracite, ivory and wine-red. A wide sea-green border featuring a polychrome foliage garland and a two-tone ‘braided moulding’. A pleasing piece with a beautiful colour palette.
