Note.
Founded around 1865 by the artist Jacques Elie Edmond Armand de Marnyhac (1840–1897), known as Charles de Marnyhac, the firm Marnyhac & Co. specialised in the manufacture and sale of art bronzes. Although very little is known about its history today, the company was nevertheless regarded at the time as the direct rival of the famous Barbedienne firm.
