Concerning a dispute between the senator and Cherriot, which he has referred to arbitration. He has chosen Mr Simond, ‘a most worthy man’, as arbitrator, whilst Cherriot has appointed Thibault, who is of good repute. ‘I am drawing up a statement setting out your rights. He is drawing up another on his side regarding his claims.
