Francesco FERRARA (1810–1900). 2 letters, 1853–1855; 2 and 1 pages, in-8, in blue ink; in Italian. Turin, 3 May 1853, to an editor of the *Giornale degli economisti*. He sends a copy of the preface to Volume XIII of the *Bibliotheca dell’Economista*, the views expressed in which are in line with Carey’s theory, as discussed in the journal which he holds in high regard, as well as its editor. He asks whether there is a biography of Heinrich Storch and requests that it be sent to him… Paris, 27 July 1855, to a ‘dear colleague’. He has just arrived in Paris and would like to see him, either in Montmartre, at his home, or at the Hôtel des Princes where he is staying.
