Johann Sebastian BACH (1685–1750). Practische Orgelschule containing Six Sonatas for two manuals and a thoroughly obbligato pedal part [BWV 525–530] (Zurich, published by Hans Georg Nägeli and Co. [c. 1815]); one oblong folio volume comprising [1 f]–94 pages, in an old speckled-paper cardboard binding, with a handwritten label on the upper cover.
First edition, extremely rare, of these famous six trio sonatas. RISM B 473.
Engraved title page and music. Catalogue number N.u.C.2. Very fine condition.
On the title page, the signature of the owner, Carl Rienz.
