Description
[SCHWALLER DE LUBICZ (René-Adolphe)]. AOR. *La Doctrine*. Three lectures delivered at Suhalia. Christmas 1926. St Moritz, Officina Montalia, 1927. In-8, paperback.
An extremely rare private first edition, printed in a non-commercial run of 200 copies on the artisanal presses of the esoteric and scientific community of Suhalia in the Upper Engadine (Switzerland).
A seminal text for 20th-century Hermeticism, in which Schwaller de Lubicz, under his nomen mysticum ‘AOR’, sets out the quintessence of his spiritual, Hermetic and alchemical teachings of the time, prior to his major works on Egyptology.
An impeccable copy, in an exceptional state of preservation, bound in its original plain black cover.
