Haraucourt (Edmond) – Simon (Lucien) *Le Poison*. Paris: Éditions René Kieffer, 1920. 1 paperback volume, large quarto; copy no. 437 of 550, printed on vellum using a block-printing press. A very fine stencil reproduction of Lucien Simon’s colour watercolours. Spine split, edges yellowed, but clean and free from foxing. Included is a large quarto paperback reference work entitled ‘Peintures et aquarelles de Lucien Simon’, published by Armand Colin in Paris in 1924. It contains numerous black-and-white reproductions and one colour plate, the latter with a few pinholes. Restored spine, a few small stains on the cover. Finally, included is a third volume of documentation entitled ‘Les peintres de Bretagne’ by Auguste Dupouy, published in Saint-Brieuc by Éditions de la Bretagne touristique in 1924. 1 volume, in-8°, in a modern binding of brown half-maroquin with corner pieces; ribbed spine with the author’s name, title and a golden ermine. Covers preserved but without the spine. It includes, amongst others, entries on Méheut, Lucien Simon, Lemordant, Charles Cottet, etc. That is, 3 volumes
