No. 146, one of 200 copies printed on Rives paper. Attractive two-tone woodcuts by Géo Fourrier. A few scattered pinholes. A copy on Rives paper No. 69, printed especially for Mr Léon Perrussel, a Breton bibliophile. A fine copy with a few rare pinholes, beautifully illustrated in colour by Louis Garin. Finally, included is one paperback in-4° volume by Anatole Le Braz entitled ‘Vieilles chapelles de Bretagne’, illustrated with 12 original woodcuts by Van Den Arend. Published in Paris by Albert Morancé in 1928. Spine partially detached and some pinholes on the cover; interior clean. The copy is accompanied by an autograph letter from the author on small-quared paper, dated 22 January 1888. An amusing little note in which the author points out to a publisher that: ‘my first name is Anatole, which is by no means Celtic…’ A lovely set
