In-8, old red morocco, coat of arms embossed in gold in the centre of the covers within a frame of gilded garland and fleurs-de-lys, spine with raised bands decorated with gilt fleurs-de-lis, gilt title, ornate corners and caps, gilt edges (contemporary binding). Restoration to the upper panel, black stains on the covers. ILLUSTRATED EDITION featuring a frontispiece, a title page and four title pages framed with vignettes for the offices, all engraved in intaglio after Homblot. Copy bearing the GOLDEN COAT OF ARMS OF LOUIS XV. ¶ OHR, 2495, plate no. 16 – NEW BOOK OF HOURS DEDICATED TO THE LADIES OF S. CYR. P., Hérissant, 1744. Small 8vo in garnet morocco, covers adorned with a wide frame of gilded lace, decorated ribbed spine, gilded title, gilded filleted edges and caps, inner border, gilded edges (contemporary binding). Two minor restorations to the spine. Printed in two columns, with the French text and the Latin text side by side. SET OF 2 VOLUMES.
