Moulins, Place, 1843; 2 vols., in-8. 4ff.–V–1f.–328pp. - 3ff.-338pp.-2ff. of advertisements. Ultramarine half-basane, spine with 4 raised bands, gilt scrolls and cipher. (20th-century binding). - Copy without the 5 separate engravings, which are often missing. Wet stamp of the Queen of Holland’s library (cancelled). Initials of the Moulins architect Marcel Génermont on the spines of the bindings. The covers are in three different states: different typographical decorations on the front cover, an engraved ‘fileuse bourbonnaise’ or publication announcements on the back cover, plus the cover of the 2nd edition (1845).
