Bound in wine-coloured half-chagrin, untrimmed, covers preserved. (Late 19th-century bindings). - Paper slightly yellowed. The first four volumes only, in first edition. - Nouveaux lundis. Paris, Lévy, 1864–1867, 8 volumes (of 13) in-12. Midnight blue half-shagreen, richly decorated ribbed spines, ‘Henry Jacquin’ bookplate on the tail. (Contemporary bindings). - The set is well bound.
