A few foxing spots. First edition. Pierre Béraud des Rondars was born in Moulins in 1783 and died in the same town in 1850. A Member of Parliament for the Allier constituency in 1824, he resigned upon the accession of Louis-Philippe. His memoirs provide insight into the workings of the state during the Restoration.
