Frontispiece. 2 title pages illustrated with a vignette (the first printed in black and red, the second in black). Dedicatory epistle to the Duke of Montausier. Text in Greek with the French translation opposite. Latin notes by Mr Le Fèvre. ‘New translation of the Odes of Anacreon with notes by Mr De La Fosse’ at the end. Full marbled calf of the period. Covers rubbed (slight losses of leather). Ribbed spine decorated with floral motifs (worn). Corners clipped. Overall in fair condition.
