[ALBUM AMICORUM] - Album amical de la comtesse de Marie de Dampierre realised in Paris and Amiens from 1903 to 1905 in 1 volume large In-8° oblong occupying 22 pages, mostly handwritten with the various autographs of people who visited the Countess: recopies of poems, friendly writings, and 4 drawings in wash, Indian ink enhanced with coloured pencil, pencil, or watercolour, 2 of which are full-page - The volume ends with numerous blank leaves - Attached are : 1 drawing in Indian ink signed by Roger Reboussin, 1 watercolour, 1 photograph of a religious monument on albumen paper, 1 cut-out in black - Attractive period binding in burgundy embossed chagrin - Boards decorated with 2 cold-stamped plates in havana calf, the 1st with 1 portrait of a woman in profile, the 2nd with floral motifs - Rear boards framed with gilt fillets and dotted lines, lined with decorated pastel cloth, angular fleurons, frame of cloth decorated with cold-stamped motifs and gilt dots - Endpapers lined with identical boards - Spine ribbed - Gilt edges.
