Contemporary red morocco-bound half-basane, smooth spine decorated with gilt fillets, gilt title (scuffing, worn corners, slight foxing on the text, very marginal foxing on the plates). A fine album illustrating a journey around Lake Geneva, the text of which is attributed to Jacques-Louis Manget. It is illustrated with a topographical map drawn by Frémin and engraved by Lemaître, as well as 11 lithographic plates in black by Godefroy Engelmann, based on drawings by Jakob Samuel Weibel.
