Copy enhanced by a dedication from the author to the then minister, on a visiting card, and a long autograph letter from his father, on letterhead of the French Consulate in Ostend, dated 28 May 1926, addressed to his line minister regarding the dispatch of this book, to thank him for having provided his son with a post.
