The Ural Literary Association was founded in January 1922 in Yekaterinburg. Its founder was Boris Malkine, who had been appointed by Moscow (in fact, exiled as a former member of the Central Committee of the Left Socialist-Revolutionaries) to head the Yekaterinburg Provincial Department of Political Education. Following Malkine’s departure for Moscow, the Association’s activities declined and ceased entirely by the end of 1922.
The Association’s only publication.
