Amateur binding, with a fragment of the publisher’s front cover pasted onto the endpaper. Good condition. Wear to the binding; slight soiling and stains within the text block. First complete edition of the novel. Nabokov’s first book in Russian printed in accordance with the rules of the new orthography. First published in the USSR in 1990 (Moscow, ‘Slovo/Slovo’).
