Tuareg jewellery set Sub-Sahara, Niger, 19th-20th century In silver or silver-plated, chased, nielloed or openwork metal, comprising a "takaza" beaded necklace from the Laya region, a "tasekbilt" three-branched cross, a pair of fine "tanfuk" pendants and two "tcherot" or "amacheq" leather amulet holders. A cylindrical case for carrying tea glasses is included. Size: 12 to 6 cm; (Approx. 4.7 to 2.4 in.). B.P. : 133 gr.
