Belgium, 1938 British Austin K2-YV lorry, used as an ambulance and emergency response vehicle. British Austin K2-YV lorry used as an ambulance and fire engine. It entered service in 1941 with the National Fire Service during the Blitz, was transferred to Belgium in 1945 and served with the Etalle Fire Brigade until 1983. The vehicle has been restored, whilst retaining most of its original bodywork and fittings. NFS markings have been repainted on the sides. The vehicle is roadworthy, but the mechanics require servicing and work to improve reliability. Sold as seen, without documentation. Sale by private treaty; viewable by appointment near Bastogne.
