A very fine set comprising a Model 1907 bayonet with quillon, a blade by the manufacturer Wilkinson dated 1909, and a pommel marked ‘S.L.’ for the South Lancashire Regiment. Iron and leather scabbard with its Pattern 14 leather scabbard holder featuring a strap on the back, leather helve holder, in good condition, and a separate wooden and iron tool handle. Showing signs of wear and patina. British hooked-quillon Pattern 1907 bayonet with Pattern 1914 leather frog and helve holder. A fine set comprising a hooked-quillon Pattern 1907 bayonet with a Wilkinson blade dated 1909 and a pommel marked ‘S.L.’ for the South Lancashire Regiment.
