Description
Table service, banquet tablecloth and fifteen damask napkins with forget-me-nots, 2nd half of the 19th century.
In silky linen damask with contrasting decoration, the border and spandrels with large bouquets of forget-me-nots set on a passementerie ribbon with stylised fringes and small pearls. The table runner is in a reduced version and features a beautiful figure AB with ears of wheat and flowers embroidered in tight white stitches and in slight relief.
Size of tablecloth 4 m x 2.30 m, napkins 90 x 75 cm (good condition, soiling and small storage stains on napkins).
