Since 1924, the Manufacture de Cogolin has been producing exceptional carpets based on designs by leading designers such as André Arbus, Christian Bérard and India Mahdavi.
From the village in the Var region that gives it its name, the Cogolin Carpet Manufactory carries on a weaving tradition that captivated the great interior designers of the 20th century, from André Arbus to Christian Bérard, and today attracts designers such as India Mahdavi. Its carpets are recognisable by their tight weave and bold colours, often inspired by Provençal landscapes. The Artuby Mimosa design combines the name of a river in the Gorges du Verdon with that of the iconic tree of the Var coast.
