With ‘Times Four’, he cuts up and reassembles parts from several dark green chairs: backrests, armrests, seats and bases intertwine to form a single volume, punctuated by the exposed fixings. The resulting armchair questions mass production, the value of objects and the notion of the original. A work that is both critical and playful, at the crossroads of design and conceptual art.
