Description
Juliette Teste Snowdrops, blue-black Sculpture Glazed and enamelled stoneware, blue and black 2026 H44 W44 D20 cm 4 kg For decorative use only The title, ‘snowdrop’, evokes the first flower to break through the snow at the end of winter, a symbol of renewal and resilience. Juliette Teste offers a sculptural interpretation in stoneware, where blue and black glaze replaces the expected white, like a nocturnal or dreamlike vision of the flower. The square format, almost as wide as it is tall, gives the piece a strong presence. A recent work, at the crossroads of ceramics and sculpture, which plays with nature and its poetic transposition.
