Description
Neapolitan mandolin, circa 1890, bearing a Bocciarelli label.
Body constructed from 13 rosewood ribs, with a spruce top. Mother-of-pearl and ebony inlay bordering the top. Mother-of-pearl inlays on the soundboard and around the sound hole.
The instrument has been restored to playing condition with a new fingerboard, bridge, nut and set of strings. One rib is detached. In good condition, in its original case.
