Aeolide, Lesbos (island of). Hecté of electrum bearing a bust of a Maenad ND (377–326 BC), Mytilene.
Obverse: Bust of Menade facing right, her hair in a sphendone and her chest bare.
Reverse: Lit torch, with the flame pointing to the left, within a linear square.

The strike is slightly off-centre on the reverse. Light, even wear, with a pale colour. Superb.
