Bust of Napoleon Bonaparte facing right, signed B. DUVIVIER F.; in the exergue: DONATED TO THE NATIONAL INSTITUTE BY B. DUVIVIER IN PARIS. Reverse: THE GRATEFUL SCIENCES AND ARTS. Bonaparte on horseback facing left, holding a crown, preceded by Prudence and Valour and surmounted by Victory holding the Belvedere Apollo and manuscripts, signed B. DUV. ; in the exergue: PEACE SIGNED IN YEAR 6. REP. FR. H.811 - Jul.373 - Ess.726; Silver - 82.35 g - 56 mm - 12 h NGC MS 63 (6389234-006). Special strike with satin-finish reliefs. Minimal signs of handling. Superb in mint condition.
