Reverse: RÉPUBLIQUE FRANÇAISE. Within a wreath formed of two branches: 5 FRANCS.; below (variant) AN (date) (mint).

Only a few fine fitting marks. The strike is slightly off-centre. Beautifully fresh, with the original lustre barely tarnished and minimal flat wear. Superb.
