Bare head facing right, with the cursive signature ‘Tiolier’ below. Reverse: RÉPUBLIQUE FRANÇAISE. Within a wreath formed of two branches: 2 FRANCS; below, (variant) (date). (mint). G.496 - F.252; Silver - 27 mm - 6 h From the R. Margolis collection, purchased from Umberto Fierro on 16 June 1988. PCGS Genuine Cleaned-VF Detail (50569154). Only 10,169 copies minted! A scratch or old finishing mark on the obverse. Wear is significant but even. The grey patina is old and anthracite in colour.
