Description
STUDIO ALBANO. Design House. ‘Gunung’ CHEST OF DRAWERS in solid hazelnut-coloured teak. A rectangular unit featuring three stacked drawers at the front. The deliberately minimalist fronts are punctuated by a geometric pattern of oblique and broken lines, forming a continuous composition reminiscent of a ridgeline or a mountainous landscape. The drawers are opened using recessed handles fitted to the lower part of each drawer. The unit rests on an architectural metal base with a matt gold finish, comprising four square-section legs connected by a low, recessed perimeter brace. Signed and numbered. L.110 D.45 H.85.
