Georg JENSEN (silversmith) A pair of silver jugs with baluster-shaped bodies and detached side handles in gold-stained wood, decorated with a scroll holding a bunch of grapes; model 407A from the silversmith’s catalogue. Swan hallmarks Lower section of the jug fluted against a recessed background of bunches of grapes, with an overhanging base. Signed on the reverse, silversmith’s mark, located in Denmark, marked Sterling, numbered 407 A and R 10.
