VOTTELER Arno (1929–2020) & WALTER KNOLL HERRENBERG (Published by) ‘368’ model lounge chair, with a reclining backrest fitted with a headrest. Moulded beech plywood armrests. Base in black lacquered steel rods, flared, with metal finials. Upholstery covered in brown velvet (worn and sun-faded). Model designed in 1954 H 107 cm – W 80 cm – D 92 cm - History: Put into production by Walter Knoll in 1956, the model is now reissued under the name ‘Votteler Chair’. - Bibliography: Bernd Polster, ‘Walter Knoll.
