SOTTSASS Ettore (1917–2007) & KNOLL INTERNATIONAL (Produced by) ‘Mandarin’ armchair with a frame and base in black lacquered steel tubing, and one-piece armrests in green lacquered tubing, forming a double curve that envelops the seat and backrest. Backrest and seat upholstered in blue fabric with a dotted pattern. Model designed in 1986. H 82 cm – W 66 cm – D 61 cm - Note: A similar model is held at the Brooklyn Museum, New York, inv. 1990.86.5 (prototype, donated by Knoll International, 1990)
