Silver sprinkling spoon. Paris 1774–1780
Master silversmith: Nicolas Collier, admitted to the guild in 1766.
Filleted design. The round spoon bowl is pierced with a central rosette surrounded by fleurons and stylised fleurs-de-lis. The handle is engraved with a monogram surmounted by a later count’s crown.
Hallmark: a monkey’s head.
